Additional tents are $50 each, up to eight in total. Photo backdrop tents without mattresses are $150.

A full 24 hours. Crystal sets up on the day of your party and comes back the following day to collect everything.

No. Crystal takes every piece away with her, bedding and all. There are no bags left in your hallway and nothing to wash. That’s rather the point.

Every guest gets a teepee tent on a natural pine frame, an air mattress, a fresh white sheet, a blanket in the colour you choose, decorative pillows, their own bed tray and a lantern.

Across the whole setup there’s hand-cut tassel garland and twinkle lights. The Semi and Mega packages also include a party favour for every guest — a cup or a stuffed animal.

No. Everything comes with Crystal — mattresses, sheets, blankets, pillows, the lot. You supply the room and the snacks.

Two to eight. Packages cover two, four or six tents, and extra tents are $50 each up to eight in total.

Yes, and it’s a fair question given how much pink ends up on the internet. Gaming and Sports are standing themes, Midnight Navy and Campfire Red are blanket colours, and custom themes are always welcome. Have a play in the sticker book and you’ll see the range.

Certainly. Milestone birthdays, bachelorette weekends and girls’ nights all work nicely, and the backdrop tents get booked for showers, gender reveals, graduations and smash cake photos.

Yes. The standing themes are Gaming, Sports, Groovy/Hippie Flowers and Movie Night. Or skip the theme and just pick a blanket colour.

The sheets are always crisp white — it’s the blankets that carry the colour, and there are five: Midnight Navy, Campfire Red, Ballet Pink, Wild Lavender and Bubblegum Pink. Mix them across the beds, or match one to the rest of your party decorations. Either is normal.

Of course — it’s your party. Plenty of families add a backdrop, a cake table or their own banner around what Crystal sets up, and she’ll work around whatever you’ve planned.

Just mention it when you book so she leaves room for it.

Yes. Once it’s set up it’s yours for the full 24 hours, and shuffling the beds about is half the fun of a sleepover.

If you already know how you want them — all in a row, facing each other, or clustered together — tell Crystal beforehand and she’ll set it up that way. The sticker book is the easiest way to show her.

The same styled tents set up without mattresses, as a decorative backdrop for photos. Popular for birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, graduations and smash cake photos. $150.

Magnolia is based in Metropolis, Illinois, and regularly covers Metropolis, Brookport and Paducah, Kentucky. Paducah is thirteen miles away, about seventeen minutes, so the state line genuinely isn’t an obstacle.
